Teaching Methodology Class VI-VIII

Teachers at the Middle Level encourage students to adopt an inquiry-based mindset by serving as facilitators, mentors, and guides.

Technology Driven Classes

All courses use smartboards exclusively, giving teachers the necessary digital assistance to deliver lessons. PPTs, instructional software, and digital books are some of the technical tools that allow professors to give lectures more effectively.

Interactive Lessons

Along with teaching the material, teachers actively engage the students in meaningful conversations and interactions that promote the growth of abilities like independent thought, decision-making, critical analysis, and logical reasoning, to name just a few.

Inquiry-based Instructions

Students are given plenty of chances to come up with ideas and to create a mindset that is based on logic and study in order to encourage brain stimulation.

Mindmaps and Timelines

Every chapter includes mindmaps and timelines that provide the student a bird's eye view of all the concepts at a single glance.

Child Centric Activity-based approach

Activities are incorporated into every chapter's curriculum while keeping the needs of the kid in mind so that children can learn by doing things on their own in an engaging way.

Respect for individual Strengths and Weaknesses

Knowing each person's skills and weaknesses, each youngster receives individualised attention to support their best development.

Art Integrated Learning

It is practised to use Art Integrated Learning (AIL), which is based on art-based learning. It is a procedure where art is used as a teaching and learning tool and as a key to comprehending ideas in any curricular subject. This fosters a child's imagination.

Flip Classrooms

The flipped classroom method of integrated learning involves introducing students to the material at home and having them practise using it in class. This is done in order to promote the habit of self-learning.

Peer Learning and Peer Assessment

We are delighted to introduce you to the Adarsh Public School (APS-20) - a smart learning school, which was established on April 5th,1963 in Chandigarh by our Revered Late Thakur Balbeer Singh Deepak.
