About our school: We are delighted to introduce you to the Adarsh Public School (APS-20) - a smart learning school, which was established on April 5th,1963 in Chandigarh by our Revered Late Thakur Balbeer Singh Deepak. He set up this institution to give shape of his vision of education by comporting proper education to the children of this city so that they can become better human beings and lead to a good, moral and meaningful life.
After the untimely demise of its founder Principal Late Thakur Balbeer Singh Deepak, his elder son ANIL THAKUR and his daughter-in-law Mrs. S.Thakur under took the responsibility to give shape to the unfulfilled dream of this great educationist and by dint of their joint efforts they raised this institution to greater height and molded the “ADARSH PUBLIC SCHOOL – (APS-20)” into a proper temple of learning and brought it at par with the other reputed institutions of the city.
